The day is set to be a celebration of culture, taste, and knowledge, highlighting the importance of Indigenous culinary traditions and wellness practices. A special highlight of the expo is a lecture by Mariah Gladstone of Indigikitchen on Indigenous foods and foodways from 6:30–7:30 PM.
